Facilitech is the consolidation of three companies Prospect Building Services Inc. (PBSC), Optimum Performance Group (OPG) and Group Services. The name Facilitech is fairly new however our history dates back to 1953. All three were serving the same markets and had added services that could be offered to all three company clients.  As a company we offer a broad range of services to Schools, Colleges, Hospitals and the biotech industry. Services offered include:

Our firm is dedicated to providing the support services required to operate our client’s facilities in a safe, clean and cost effective environment.

We support and serve several hundred buildings in schools and intuitions primarily in New England.

All companies operate under the same corporation and are managed by the same executive team.
